Cladding materials used
We use quality materials, chosen to be energy efficient, lightweight, and durable:
Construction board replacing Gypsum Plasterboard or Portland Cement based boards. It will protect homes as it’s fire resistant, water resistant, and mould resistant. It’s also great for acoustics, and is environmentally friendly.
Insulated exterior cladding wall panel that will give you a 6-star energy rating, weatherproofing, and a seam-free rendered finish.
RMAX Orange Board Direct Fix or Batten Cavity Fix (EIFS) Cladding System:
External insulation finishing system that provides a good structure, weatherproofing, and energy efficiency.
ECOL-MEGA PANELS (AAC) Cladding system:
Autoclaved Aerated Concrete used for external and internal wall cladding panels.
Expert design and installation
We have many years of experience in designing and installing this system so it meets the structural requirements of the Building Code of Australia.
We’ll ensure the important design and construction checks are done as outlined by the manufacturer in the ECOL-MEGA PANELS (AAC) Technical Manual.
Cladding system
Are you looking for a system that’s:
- Cost effective so it’ll be kind to your budget
- Quicker to set up than brickwork to ensure your tight timelines are met
- Looks great when rendered
- Energy efficient with good energy ratings, an increasingly high priority for home-owners
We can help you with that
We use ECOL-MEGA PANELS (AAC) - a system of Autoclaved Aerated Concrete used for external and internal wall cladding panels.
ECOL-MEGA PANELS (AAC): How it’s created
High pressure is applied to lime, cement, fine sand, and filler materials to create small, uniformly distributed bubbles. This gives it several strong properties that make it an easy choice for your build:
- Lightweight
- High thermal resistance
- Workability
- Strong
- Safe
- Reliable
What’s more we have the skills to help you with it - and you’ll even get a warranty that covers you for 10 years.
Warranty
Enjoy peace of mind with your 10-year warranty. We have a strong relationship with the manufacturer - which means you won’t have to waste time following up with them yourself if you come across any problems during testing, if materials fail, or you discover a design fault after installation.
It doesn’t happen often, but whatever the situation - we’ll quickly take care of it for you.
